WHAT I DO* I help professionals to successfully use English at work since this is one of the most spoken languages in the business world. * I'm involved in the recruitment process (shortlist) and train the new trainers on our IT system.* I send a newsletter with teaching tips and resources to all the trainers in the company.* I'm in charge of feeding our website with teaching-related information.WHO I WORK WITH* My job gives me the opportunity to meet with people of all sorts at all levels in different industries.* I exchange with all the staff at ETC Group (administrative and educational liaison). RESULTS* People enjoy learning the language, become more confident and professionally more autonomous. They also open up to a new culture and broaden their knowledge.* A level up on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages becomes easier to reach, and climbing the career ladder is also more accessible.
