Between 2009 and 2011, I was a project manager for the supply and the installation of underground cables for projects in China (500 kV), Mexico (230 kV and 400 kV), Algeria (400 kV), Morocco (225 kV). My job was the following :- Manage projects from the order to the final installation on site, within the time and costs limits, by using a global schedule per project, on PRIMAVERA or MS-PROJECT.- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.- Communicate throughout the project, to guarantee client satisfaction.- Monthly report to the CEO concerning the financial results of the projects and the costs optimization.

In 2007, I joined SILEC CABLE, a company of GENERAL CABLE group, which provides turn-keys projects of underground HV cables. I was in charge of the scheduling of a major American project of 70 M$ : the manufacturing took place in France and the installation was in Connecticut, USA. To manage the deadlines of this ambitious and complex project, I used the software PRIMAVERA, and I was able to propose solutions to overcome unforeseen events, which threatened to ineluctably delay the project.Finally, one part of the line was tested 2 months ahead of schedule, and the other part, 1 month ahead. My company thereby earned a financial bonus.
