Jan2020 -- With the merger between BrandDeli, AdFactor, Triade and RTL, Ad Alliance is my new employer.***Nov2013 -- With the merger between the three strong salesteams of Viacom International Media Networks, Discovery Channel Benelux and FOX International Channels in the Netherlands, BrandDeli was my new employer.I am part of the Revenue, Reporting & Strategy team, providing the salesteam with client specific sales arguments and identifying opportunities based on ratings-, revenue- and market analysis. Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly ad sales performance reviews and forecast-reports to shareholders and ad sales management based on local KPI’s. Salesforce superuser and part of the large Sales Transformation team as business analyst.In addition, I help out at several different departments at Ad Alliance, writing and editing newsletters, whitepapers, press releases and HR bulletins.

Part of the Ad Sales Marketing & Strategy department. Providing sales with client specific sales arguments and identifying opportunities based on ratings-, revenue- and market analysis. Generating pitch lists. Supporting sales with pricing advice for spot contracts / campaigns. Annual agency contract bonus calculation. Providing ad sales management with input for commercial policy definition, estimate setting and pricing. Delivering monthly and quarterly ad sales performance reviews based on local KPI’sJob changed into Marketing Insights Analyst with the merger between the Viacom-, Discovery- and FOX salesteams into the new saleshouse BrandDeli.

Reporting to Sales- and Managing Director, I was responsible for daily sales reporting, sales forecasting, analyzing sales and KPI's and developing sales tools, to ensure the sales process works as smooth as possible. Worked together with the sales management team.In addition, I was responsible for the Metropolitan Panel: creating, programming, sending out, monitoring and reporting online surveys for both internal use (editorial articles) and external use (advertisers/ad tracking surveys).

The Metropolitan Panel was a large (international) group of Metropolitans and Metroreaders, who we questioned online on a regular basis. This way we kept track with Metro's core targetgroup, knowing about their opinions, dreams and way of life.Research results were both used for our own knowledge & newspaper-articles and for our advertisers, in order to help them find out their best marketing strategies.In addition I was both sales assistant to the Commercial Director and part time HR officer.

Assisting 3 Managers and extra hand for the salesteam, helping out with presentations, meetings, calls and requests.

By phone, I helped out hundreds of people around the world. Whether their cars broke down, they had gotten ill or they urgently needed to go home to their family, I arranged all the necessary help to get them back on the road or on track.

I was a market research trainee, in a new NIPO-traineeship.This traineeship consisted of working at 3 different research departments of the company, to get to know the company well.Making the surveys, gathering the results and creating presentations for customers in all kinds of markets.

By phone, I helped out dozens and dozens of people with cartroubles, all around France. I worked at the department of 'difficult dossiers', which were problems that could not be solved at once. Contacting the customers, the cardealers and especially the French 'garagistes' at even the smallest French villages was quite challenging at times :-).
