• I transitioned bank reconciliations from manual paper to Excel. The process efficiency improved by over 100%.
• To resolve long-standing problems regarding bank reconciliations, I recommended a plan to reduce bank accounts from 46 to 20. This saved time and reduced bank charges by over 50%
• I initiated monthly inventory count for B2B inventory. This improved controls and safeguarded inventory
• I improved monthly intercompany invoicing by ensuring all invoices were invoiced during the month without exceptions
• As the peer reviewer of treasury controls, I improved overall internal controls by moving treasury rating from satisfactory level 1 to 2, the highest achieved by the department at the time.
