Use Lean, drive standard work across the organization and manage processes to achieve expected business results from S&OP plan, leading and influencing suppliers development, risk assessment, customer requirements fulfillment, APQP4Wind/PPAP execution and overall continuous improvement / issue resolution discipline.• Responsible to deploy a full standalone OFW SQ team in a wide range of direct materials and modularization transfer of work, developing people, driving SQDC (safety, quality, on-time delivery and at cost) to multiple sites and building a pipeline of simultaneous 6.5+ GW simultaneous projects in offshore wind using current 12-14MW and next generation product line.

• Led OFW supplier quality team in a hybrid organization with ONW, delivering to S&OP commitments and quality expectations for the business.• As part of an accelerator leadership program (XLP) rotation, this role enabled further team expansion in OFW, building a strong reputation of execution on PBG/EDF project (80 x 6MW) in France and executing Haliade X ramp-up globally.

• Led the supplier quality activities for OFW, working transversally with senior leadership to deliver best-quality and ensure rigor into APQP4Wind deployment. Support cross-functionally stakeholders wing-to-wing from Engineering to Services, and representing OFW business in the Renewable Energy SQ Global org to ensure adequate resources allocation aligned to business priorities. Led SRG (Supplier Responsibility Guidelines) program activities across GE REN.

• Led supplier quality for global onshore and offshore parts (bearings, lub systems, seals) serving 06 GE manufacturing plants on quality, driving APQP4Wind, qualifications, supplier approval, auditing and issue resolution. Supported Haliade 1 production and acted as a focal point during Haliade X NPI in SNZ. Led SRG (Supplier Responsibility Guidelines) for GE Renewable Energy (REN). Certified Green Belt and RCA Leader, delivering impactful projects to business on Cost of Poor Quality recovery of generators.

• Assigned as Technical Leader for Mechanical/Towers/Fabrication Brazil team, leading supplier quality initiatives, supporting SQEs on key-qualifications, complex root-cause analyses (RCAs) and acting as a focal-point to internal customers. Supported legacy Alstom team SQ onboarding.• Extended role as Global Supplier Responsibility Guidelines (SRG) Program coordinator for Renewable Energy Onshore Wind since Dec 2014, supporting integration of Hydro, Offshore Wind and LM Wind Power businesses.

• Led localization initiatives on mechanical, small fabricated parts and towers. Conducted suppliers development, Quality Management System audits, quality plan assessments and process/product qualifications, monitoring critical-to-quality performance. Drove supplier quality KPI tracking in the organization and non-conformance deep-dive reviews for cost of poor quality reduction. • Successfully supported hub manufacturing SOP by Siemens in Brazil on-time to local content requirements and on quality. • Attended training and job rotations in USA and Denmark for wind energy business knowledge growth.

• Coordinated Quality and EHS teams on a precast concrete tower production facility with a successful turn-around project execution. Drove QEHS strategy implementation, KPIs targets and continuous improvement activities for waste elimination and cost reduction. Led internal auditing, RCA reviews, supplier qualifications and process from incoming to final inspections.• Managed on-site certification for towers erection inspection, data book control and final customer product quality acceptance, including on-site technical troubleshooting support and technicians training.

• Drove Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) on 7 simultaneous programs, leading sourcing quality, risk assessment and technical reviews with suppliers. Managed trucks and passenger cars quality launch readiness through start of production for chassis/suspension parts, modules, break systems and fuel lines using APQP.• Managed suppliers' performance metrics, ensuring outstanding quality and zero disruption to GM South America. Successfully implemented of “Leading Change Program" delivering 33% reduction of escaping defects.

• Drove Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) since prototype through Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) phases for manual and automatic gearboxes components used at light, medium and heavy duties on commercial vehicles and agriculture machinery.• Managed suppliers' performance metrics, supported incoming inspection and manufacturing teams, conducted problem solving reviews and process audits. Launched multiple programs “on-time” with zero quality escaping defects and recognized commitment.• Experience developed in a wide range of commodities in a global supply chain, joining multi-cultural teams and leading projects based in South America, Asia and Europe.

• Successfully coordinated Lean Manufacturing implementation in a grinding wheel production site, being responsible for team members and shop-floor training, operation tools and activities deployment throughout the organization. Managed Balanced Score Card results and project timing chart. Achieved gains in productivity, lead time reduction and significant decrease of work-in-process, creating flexible pilot production flows.
