Led a team of 5 Product Managers at Magazine Luiza, overseeing all digital sales channels: B2C (mobile site and app), B2B, and new ventures (Magazine Você). Our primary challenge was to adapt the digital sales channels to a marketplace model.My key contributions included creating a strategy and roadmap outlining the changes the products needed to undergo during this transition (such as showcasing a catalog 50x larger, maintaining relevant search functionality, ensuring simple navigation, and assisting customers in purchase decision-making). This involved clearly presenting shipping conditions to customers, facilitating informed purchase decisions and subsequently increasing conversion rates.

When I joined Magazine Luiza, the majority of the company's sales were driven by physical stores and the desktop website. At that moment, customers were rapidly moving to mobile devices as their primary channel for shopping online. For the company, leading the in the mobile channels (app and mobile site) was crucial for the company to outpace competitors.As a Product Manager, I created and executed a strategy to enhance traffic and engagement for the mobile channels. This involved implementing improvements in SEO, push notifications, and exclusive features for these channels, such as Google and Apple Pay.
