A dynamic professional, with knowledge and experience in different areas, from legal, Risks and Controls, Privacy and Security, financial market, administration, relationship and communication, passing through information technology and the like. After a few years of self-employed assembly and maintenance of computers and networks, I started my formal career as a legal intern at the Federal Court of São Paulo, where I gained vast knowledge about procedural law, legal research, the processing and procedures in federal courts, mainly with respect to administrative law, business law, contracts and criminal law. At the Magnus Institute, (guide dog training center) I worked as a Relationship Analyst | legal, acting in the planning and execution of team actions, assisting stakeholders in different channels and providing legal assistance to the institution through analysis and legal research, preparation of opinions and memoranda. He also contributes as a volunteer in the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Adimax group, where, for 2 years, I led the Affinity Group for People with Disabilities. I am currently an assurance consultant at Big Four PwC, where I work with major clients in the financial and retail market with an emphasis on risk control and mapping projects, ISA/ITGC (Information of Technology General Controls) to support the supervision of financial auditing , from understanding meetings, internal control tests, and validation of the risk and control matrix, based on the methods established in the Audit Guide, Agile Methodologies, LGPD and GDPR, COBIT, ITIL and ISO 27001, in addition to providing assistance as an expert in GDPR. Within PwC, I also work on Non-Audit (NAAE) projects for Private Companies and GRC Consulting (Governance Risk and Compliance). I have in-depth knowledge of privacy and data protection, law and relationships, with an emphasis on diversity, accessibility and inclusion of people with disabilities (PwD). I intend to continue improving myself in the areas of digital and electronic law, compliance, data protection and diversity. I believe in continuous improvement, and the willingness to face challenges, combined with proactivity, analytical ability, ease of communication, critical thinking and resilience make me always in search of knowledge to solve different problems.
