About Murilo José Mancini
I am a civil engineer with a Ph.D degree from SAPIENZA University of Rome and over 5 years of experience with structural, hydraulic and electrical projects for residential and commercial buildings. For the last 3 years I have been leading a small team of engineers and architects, working on sustainable residential buildings in Italy and Brazil. As a Chief Engineer I have been working on both design and execution phases of the projects, including in-field problem-solving.My areas of expertise include structural design and development, stress-strain analysis and structural modelling, structural optimization, planning of hydraulic systems and low-tension electrical systems, project management and BIM process. I have worked with timber, concrete, steel and masonry structures.
