As a facilitator, I support and motivate team members and manage dependencies and impediments. I also manage the product backlog, roadmaps and contact with all stakeholders. I manage 3 teams (internal and external resources) of around 15 people (India and Stockholm)

- Project Management of IT (using Agile / Kamban methodologies), process mapping, risk analysis and demand control with the business area and customers, assembly of OKR`s in order to follow the constant evolution of the product. - Discovery, creation, refinement and ordering of the PBI (Product Backlog Items) according to the strategies of the business area, always aiming at the visibility of activities with the team and the STAKEHOLDERS. - Produce and present executive reports. - Create specifications for R&D of new products to meet the customer's and STAKEHOLDERS business needs- Implementation and promotion of 3D Secure 2.0, tokenization of brands and digital wallet transactions, in e-commerce transactions, aiming at greater security for the participants of the arrangement (Decrease in chargebacks and fraudulent purchases).- Facilitator and helper of the expansion of the Agile methodology.

- Responsible for creating a new Clearing platform with all Payment Brands, replacing third party systems with a parameterized internal platform. With this project we had a drastic reduction in costs in the development of new features and gain in the early posting of the Payment Brands files; - Responsible for creation of a new parameterized system for calculating Fees and Interchange, allowing greater efficiency in the maintenance on the Payment Brands releases; - Participation in the market-opening project. Where we had the implementation of the Elo and Amex Payment Brands. - Participation in projects of Payment Brands releases in the last 3 years (Mastercard, Visa, Elo, Amex, JCB, UPI, among others); - Spokesman of the company Rede in technical conferences of the largest Payment Brands in the market to understand the items of the Releases (Mastercard, Visa and ELO) - Acting as Tech Lead since July 2018, assisting the team in the technical analysis and systemic solutions.

- Release of the Vehicle Licensing system in the state of Paraná, for use in branches, ATMs (BDN), on the Bradesco Intranet channel and Internet Banking.- Trip to Curitiba to attendance the project pilot;- Implementation of the Corporate Scheduling system, for use in branches, on the Bradesco Intranet and Internet Banking channel.- Implementation of the Check Custody project parameters module.- Analysis and development of modules for interaction between the Billing system and the Trading Flow system.

- Releasing of the Operational Responsibility system for use in branches and on the Bradesco Intranet channel.- Learning, experience and practice in developing solutions for the system, gathering requirements with the stakeholder and developing the logical project.

- Learning, experience and practice with COBOL programming (Batch and On-line [CICS]) in addition to programming concepts with COBOL On-line languages (TELON and IMS).
