Founded in 1965, the company employs approximately 315,000 people and operates in more than 200 countries and territories, offering popular products like Pepsi, Lay's, Gatorade, Lipton and Quaker.-Conducting training sessions of Involves sales audit platform for the field team;-Conducting monthly governance meetings with the field team;-Monitoring and solving tickets related to the Involves platform;-Extraction of reports in Power BI for Sales Managers, focusing on team productivity and strategic decision-making;-Consolidation and analysis of databases for the preparation of analytical, managerial, and operational reports;-Monitoring KPIs for 7 divisions across Brazil, ensuring a good view of commercial performance.

With approximately 110,000 employees worldwide, Honeywell is a Fortune 500 company that invents and manufactures technologies to global macrotrends such as safety, security and energy.During my internship, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in activities that involve the world of inside sales, which are:-Visits F2F with customers;-Prospection of potential customers;-Analysis of backlog;-Daily contact with the Latam engineering team;-Customer care;-Place new orders in the system Microsiga TOTVS;-Elaboration of monthly sell-out reports and weekly billing and booking reports;-Request and follow-up of imported samples;-Product registration in the system;-Consultation of commercial conditions in SAP;-Development of new projects allied to Salesforce;-Elaboration, validation and sending of quotations to customers.In addition to these functions, I was the Chair for LGBTQ+ Pillar in Brazil for a year and a half, leading pioneering inclusive projects. Besides, composed the Engagement Committee, cooperating in the monthly actions developed.
