I am pleased to update that I have become an active member of Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security and Conflict Transformation (WCAPS). This is a global organization that is dedicated to advancing the leadership and professional development of women of color in the fields of international peace, security, and conflict transformation.Through its various initiatives and programs, WCAPS is working tirelessly to amplify the voices of women of color in the field of International Relations. The organization recognizes that by working together, women of color can be stronger and can make a real impact in their respective fields.As a member of WCAPS, I have had the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and to participate in a range of events, workshops, and networking opportunities. These experiences have been invaluable to my personal and professional growth, and I am grateful for the chance to be part of this vibrant and dynamic community.I look forward to continuing to work with WCAPS in the years ahead and to contributing to the organization's important mission of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the fields of international peace, security, and conflict transformation.

Achievements:1-Established 3 district alliances on Just Energy Transition (DAJET) in Sukkur, Thatta, and Jamshoro.2-Founded the Provincial Alliance on Just Energy Transition (PAJET) in Karachi.3-Introduced a monthly discussion feature named "Just Energy Transition (JET) Cafe" in Karachi.4-Fostered long-term partnerships with 8 universities in Sindh for research and development in renewable energy.5-Initiated assessments on new energy policies and analyzed existing frameworks, providing recommendations to the Government of Sindh.6-Carried out qualitative and quantitative research in 20 villages across 3 districts, creating a comprehensive charter of Demands and Grievances for inclusive benefit sharing.7-Compiled a dossier outlining challenges faced by various stakeholders in the renewable energy sector for submission to the new government.8-Garner support in developing a strategic 2 year plan for Just Energy Transition project in Sindh.
