Identify product stakeholders early and work with them to ensure their expectations are managed effectively and in sync with the benefits defined in the business case. • Ability to push back on unrealistic expectations and build consensus between all the stakeholders, backed with previous experience/ case studies/data.• Maintain a keen on maximizing business value and minimizing time to market.
