Responsible for Execution of the Structure and Finishing works of one of the biggest shopping mall situated in 11.35 Acres of Land. Overall 15 Lac Sqft of Projected BUA including one 5 Star Hotel & many multiplexes in two Phases. 7.5 lac sqft of covered area constructed and made operational in Phase-1 with 10 multiplexes.

Project: IREO Grand Arch (Housing Project)Responsibilities : In-charge for over all Reinforcement and Site in-charge for Execution of RCC structure & Finishing Works of 2 no’s Mid Rise Towers (A & J)

Project: Delhi International Airport LimitedResponsibilities : Planning, Procurement and monitoring of 1.5 Lac MT of reinforcement steel for Terminal T3 works. Also Monitoring Steel Service Centre (rated capacity 8500mt /month) Production. Wastage controlling, off-cuts utilization, site coordination, over all Reconciliation, Qty. Certification from clients/ consultants. Etc.

Project: Bangalore International Airport Limited; Responsibilities : Section In charge of 8000sqm Area of the Terminal Building :- Completion of Structure & Finishing Works
