Knowledge, skills and experience • Proven experience of delivery management across complex portfolios of IT projects. • Significant experience of Waterfall, Scrum methodologies, and proven application of these to successful delivery with a certificate in PMP, SMC e CBAP. • Strong experience in all aspects of IT and systems delivery, transition and management, both of back-office and user-facing systems. • Experience of managing matrix teams including third party suppliers.• Stakeholder management skills, and understanding of business change needs in IT projects .• Knowledge of MS Office suite to upper intermediate level including MS Project, knowledge management and issue tracking tools as Confluence and Jira. • Specific experience in Industrial, Automation, Banking, Insurance, HR, E-commerce contexts.
