Experienced Delivery Manager/ Project Manager with a long track record in IT Projects ensuring methodological consistency and best-practice, especially with regard to the application of Agile Scrum and Waterfall in delivering projects, in different business domains, providing knowledge, advice to delivery streams at all levels in methodological adoption and implementation.Main responsibilities• Managing of a portfolio of complex agile and waterfall, projects simultaneously, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery in terms of time, cost, quality and benefits, by ensuring the right methods, resources, suppliers and management are involved.• Manage delivery streams, building relationships with scrum masters and project managers, ensuring they have feasable plans, well defined and prioritised backlogs, successful relationships with suppliers.• Leading multi-disciplinary teams, including solution architecture, developers, IT Transition, and test resources, engaging them with delivery streams and ensuring they deliver to a high standard, managing conflict for successful delivery of projects. Knowledge, skills and experience • Proven experience of delivery management across complex portfolios of IT projects. • Significant experience of Waterfall, Scrum methodologies, and proven application of these to successful delivery with a certificate in PMP, SMC e CBAP. • Strong experience in all aspects of IT and systems delivery, transition and management, both of back-office and user-facing systems. • Experience of managing matrix teams including third party suppliers.• Stakeholder management skills, and understanding of business change needs in IT projects .• Knowledge of MS Office suite to upper intermediate level including MS Project, knowledge management and issue tracking tools as Confluence and Jira. • Specific experience in Industrial, Automation, Banking, Insurance, HR, E-commerce contexts.
