As the Engineering Change Manager at Tritium, I support cross functional teams globally to assess, prioritise and implement continuous product and process improvements across all Tritium manufacturing and field support facilities. In my previous role as an Ultrasound Modality Lead and Technical Support Specialist with Philips Healthcare, I was responsible for managing technical escalations, as well as monitoring, reporting on and improving modality performance and profitability in Australia and New Zealand.
