In my previous role as an Ultrasound Modality Lead and Technical Support Specialist with Philips Healthcare, I was responsible for managing technical escalations, as well as monitoring, reporting on and improving modality performance and profitability in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, I led multiple modality performance improvement projects that contributed to business savings and increased revenue. I also acted as a local change management leader, responsible for team engagement and compliance with new service delivery processes and digital solutions, consistently outperforming other regions in initiative uptake.
