With over 11 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, specializes in development of training material and teaching, catastrophe supervision, claims adjusting, claims examination and estimate writing. Spent early career as a property and auto adjuster, examining and reviewing thousands of claims in both daily and catastrophe environments. As an active trainer and manager for CNC Catastrophe & National Claims, has hands-on experience with claims as they are processed from open to closure. As a former Sales and Promotions Assistant with the local minor league baseball team, planned and helped coordinate advertising as well as contributed to the rise in ticket sales in one season with the organization. Currently develops and conducts training for the Property Department at CNC and prospective employees. Known for ability to connect with the desk and field presence in order to produce the highest quality claim possible for any policyholder’s loss. Outstanding customer service skills are used daily in communicating with policyholders, adjusters and insurance carriers alike. Other skills include adjuster and team training and public speaking.
