l Build/manage 980pump engineering teaml Lead engineering team on project/equipment transfer from Bookham Paignton (British) as well as ramp-up.l Support qualifying local supplier on material localization from engineering/ quality point of view, by means of First Article inspection and in-spot Audit to suppliers.l Involved in new product development as well as process development with Paignton and Zurich(Swiss) teams.l Manage NPI product and MP product in Bookham Shenzhen plant, responsible for 980pump project timescale, process yield and equipment management. Main customer: Nortel, Huawei, ZTE, etc..

l QA lab management, include mechanical and environmental reliability test, outsourcing test and facility/equipment management.l Handle qualification for new developed phone in Flextronics GZ by means of specification development, DFMEA and compliance test, main customer is Motorola, Nokia.l Lead team to handle all components/parts qualification.l Qualify supplier from initiation to mass production (sourcing, first article, process audit and final qualification).l Responsible of quality issues among the transfer from R&D to NPI/MP. l Responsible of QA operation and RoHS/WEEE implementation in Guangzhou R&D Centerl Cooperate with Flextronics Design Singapore to manage factory quality issues of mobile phone manufacturing in Chinal Cooperate with other R&D centers in Singapore/Finland/Korea/Americal Provide customer service in China mainland

l Engaging in project management (PE). Main responsibilities:l To build engineer team for new project introduction, such as LDI/Splitter/VOAC, etc.(passive device). Part of the job is R&D. Main customers are JDSU, Oplink, Ligtwave, Bookham, NTT, etc.l To support sales and customer for prototype sample making from ordering to delivery.l To handle engineering issues of MP projects and be responsible of process yield.l To manage customer quality issue.
