Everything from shipping required parts for neighborhood overhauls, to new construction meter installation, and troubleshooting meter mishaps. All meters were "smart meters" and connected to main different kind of computer systems. These systems all required different access points and were far from user friendly to operate. I also coordinated website remodeling, company transportation, and backfilled for facility management.

This new printing facility was mostly created in joint efforts with Pitney Bowes using the latest laser jet technology.This new system also allowed for all statements mailed out of Minol to be barcoded tracked and mailed at bulk pricing. Over the first year it saved a third in postage and the savings would be expediental as Minols production grew. This project was so successful it allowed for a double in production with no additional resources. It also reduces mailing costs to USPS by a third.With tons of side projects from helping marketing schedule tradeshow logistics, mailing special notices, and coordination most company wide events over the web and live streams.
