Social Media Specialist
CurrentManage all organic social media properties, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Threads.Oversee community management and social media customer service to enhance engagement, resolve issues, and build brand loyalty.Lead the creation and execution of organic content for social media, collaborating with creative teams and internal marketing partners to produce engaging content aligned with the broader marketing strategy. Work with the Development and Product team on both Instagram and Facebook simulcast product launches. Use of Canva, Opus, InShot, Figma and programs for graphic and video design. Regularly present strategies, performance analysis, and key learnings to senior leadership and various stakeholders.Marketing strategy and execution of events with publishing partners including, Billboard Live Shopping Week and Good Housekeeping Live Shopping Week. Provide social media plans per contractual agreements for Branded Content team along with content ideas for various shows.
