Key achievements:- Ulster’s Project Lead with a Regional College in implementing a £100K funded project by Dept. of Education to develop and deliver a framework for curriculum design and delivery of Higher Level Apprenticeship by Blended Learning. - Successfully implemented a robust Academic CPD Plan aligned to the College’s Curriculum Strategy. This consisted of a continuum of Short Course Programmes and accredited Postgraduate Modules to build confidence and digital capability of teaching practitioners. Empowering them to design and deliver a flexible and agile curriculum approach in utilising VLEs, integrated services and 3rd party tools. With the pilot study, 75% of Course is delivered within the workplace and online utilising the VLE and other Digital Tools with the remaining 25% face to face class contact time. - Created a range of frameworks and toolkits to empower teaching practitioners to make informed decisions on adapting new and refreshed teaching approaches; Flipped Classroom, Project Based Learning and Entrepreneurial teaching approach. Ensuring successful pedagogical alignment to appropriate and suitable digital tools.- Developed an accredited Qualification, consisting of 5 CPD Postgraduate Modules for academic staff in Advanced Digital Learning Practice. Titles include: - Designing curriculum for Digital Society - Designing and Developing Digital Learning Solutions- Embracing Project Based Learning- Engaging Students as Partners - Shaping the Curriculum.

Key achievements included:• Leading changing and providing leadership in the increase of the institutional VLE and blended learning to support and enhance student engagement and teaching and learning activities in Higher Education.• Maximizing the investment in Institutional tools by exploring and establishing other Institutional applications; Utilising Blackboard for Mandatory Online Staff Training to 5000+ participants, Content repository for Research Governance Filter Committee and Course Revalidation and integrated 3rd party tools to enable audio feedback. • Digital Learning expert; providing advice and support for Digital Learning Solution to Institutional Steering Groups, Faculties, Schools, Course Teams and individual Practitioners.• Designing, developing, facilitating, evaluating and marketing a range of learning and development interventions in the applications of technologies. • Event Management; Designing, organizing and coordinating events of varying scale, including; conferences and curriculum design residentials and internal school development days to timetabling short course programme yearly schedule.
