Shielded Hearts is a peer support organization involving communities of women in long-term committed relationships with sworn law enforcement officers. We provide support to the Law Enforcement community by encouraging hope in police life through education, friendship, service and faith.

• $14.9 million, three-year grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, Wisconsin’s 16 technical colleges expanded and enhanced their programs to close the skills gap in advanced manufacturing
• Provide administrative support to Lead Admin team at NWTC for the Grant; process expense reports, prepare meeting agendas, make meeting arrangements, maintain tracking spreadsheets and logs
• Post Open Educational Resources to skillscommons.org for the entire consortium; create project plan, conduct individual meetings with each college, gather and organize documents, prepare to Grant specified.

Support the Recruiting function for the US and Canada at Brady's World Headquarters through the HR Solution Center model. Also assist in other transactions as needed in the department, up to and including job changes, referral bonus program administration, timekeeping adjustments and program implementation.
