Responsible for technology within PeopleClear SMCR

Engaged to work on the migration project of multiple regional legacy systems to Salesforce for Sales, Marketing and Scheduling, providing expert business analysis.

Working with the Investment Banking Division CAO to review their proprietary CRM application, provide thorough business analysis and investigate feasibility of migration to Salesforce.

Interpreted the regulatory Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SMCR) and impact on the Nomura UK regulated entities. Designed and implemented a new application, provide business analysis and ensure integration with key source data systems, to facilitate the certification process. Proposed and implemented a prototyping tool to enable the business to visualise how their requirements would be realised.

Business analysis and requirements gathering for the use of Lotus Notes and identified the communication and collaboration needs of the business with a view to migrating to Office 365.

Lead Business Analyst for the JPMorgan Global Employee Compliance application which tracks personal account dealing, training, licencing/registrations and policy/regulation attestations.Responsibilities included:Collecting requirements from global customers, producing business requirements and functional specification documents, test cases and implementation plans.Working with development teams in India and Singapore to deliver quality, robust solutions.Mentoring and conducting peer reviews. Developed the implementation plan used in regular release management.Technical lead responsible for the annual, global rollout of the firms Code of Conduct affirmation and training program to around 260,000 employees.

I was able to draw on my Lotus Notes skills to manage the migration of 50+ Notes databases to alternative platforms. This involved working as part of a large global team and engaging with vendors to ensure the appropriate platform (Sharepoint, Livelink or custom) was identified and the applications successfully migrgated.I facilitated the installation and integration of a vendor provided Health and Safety package into the JPMorgan environment.I also built and maintained several Compliance intranet sites.

Provided Technology support for EMEA Legal & Compliance, HR and Corporate Real Estate & General Services departments. Represented the business in major Technology projects e.g. general system upgrades, firmwide migration from Lotus Notes mail to MS Outlook and migration of Employee Compliance applications from U.S. to U.K infrastructure.Assisted the EMEA Compliance Training team with developing and integrating online training into the firms learning management systems.Seconded to the EMEA Compliance Training team for 6 months during which time I was responsible for rolling out training inline with the regional training plan. This involved working with 3rd party vendors to test training. Integrating the training into the firms learning management system (Training Central). Identifying the training audience (up to 20,000 employees in the region). Planning, launching and supporting the training. Managing the reminders and providing management reports.

Collected requirements and developed Lotus Notes applications to meet varied business needs. Wrote application specific training courses and delivered regular classroom training throughout the EMEA region.

2 year graduate training program comprised of intensive training, focusing on technology in Financial Services (including International Banking and Project Lifecycle). This was followed by placements in the Technology Systems Project Managment Office, Rapid Application Development Team (Lotus Notes) and Groupware Services (Lotus Notes and CCMail Infrastructure and Administration).
