Oddly enough, that summer taught me a lot about the importance of leadership, process, and execution. There really is a reason you put the chicken in the coop before feeding the goats.I started my career as a Speech Pathologist. My curiosity about healthcare led me into business development, case management, BPCI, care coordination models and strategy.After witnessing the impact of America's nursing shortage, I chose to partner with organizations to align their workforce strategy with an alternate model to chronic high cost agency. I believe that culture and outcomes are directly impacted by utilizing a direct-hire approach that includes the nurse as your employee on day one. I am blessed to work with a group of healthcare operators connecting qualified internationally trained RN/BSN's with providers in a full service, direct placement model.As the Chief of Culture in our home full of boys, we solve challenges with a rock-paper-scissor approach.
