Serve as a resource for Firm-wide recruitment assisting Office Administrators or Human Resource Managers of outside offices as needed. Act as liaison with external employment agencies, ad agencies, temporary agencies, background checking agencies and other recruitment sources. Negotiate contracts for Chicago and at a National level as may be required with outside vendors to assure cost effective services.
