- Contributed to and edited the 2014-15 Team Media Guide and Season in Review publications- Created daily news and statistics packets relevant to the Hurricanes and the National Hockey League - Aided in the preparation of press conference operations and 2014 draft media day - Drafted and edited press releases for numerous departments including Community Relations and Hockey Operations- Organized player files, arranged player travel and information, and created equipment inventory systems- Led with duties and tasks on behalf of the general manager including preparation of summer camps

Program Overview:Highly competitive internship program made up of 4 project phases: Introduction, Analysis, Design, and Construction. Developed a communication model between the Alliance Relationship Team and Professional Service Delivery Team in order to grow revenue, sales engagement, and customer satisfaction in regards to communicating and managing 950 partners such as IBM, Intel, Accenture, and Deloitte. Gained knowledge of internal operations at SAS and core functions by conducting formal interviews with senior level executives in Sales, Marketing, IT, Consulting, Legal, Education, and R&D.- Uncovered issues and opportunities to improve alignment and collaboration among the Alliance Relationship Team, Professional Services Delivery, and partners by conducting formal interviews with key stakeholders using SWOT and GAP analyses in order to discover growth opportunities- Designed 3 prototypes, which gained support from executive sponsors for use and adoption by helping prioritize key focus areas over the immediate and long term. - Constructed a business strategy that drove the collaboration between the Alliance Relationship Team and Professional Services Delivery to uncover new revenue streams - Successfully led a diverse 4 member team as project manager during the analysis phase.
