▪ Administer point of sales transactions and maintain the day-to-day golf reservation system by reserving tee times, check-in customers and receiving payments.▪ Operating Microsoft Access, Excel, and the course website when updating tournament, outing, and men’s league scores/handicaps.▪ Day-to-day responsibilities including vacuuming, folding clothes, restocking products, sweeping, taking out garbage, washing and bagging range balls, gassing carts, laundry, opening and locking up the clubhouse, closing out registers, and counting cash balances.

▪ Investigated the market potential for a new Open Educational Resource platform, Courseware.▪ Contacted college libraries and bookstores to understand their current use of OER and explore potential areas for integration.▪ Navigated phone calls and campaign emails to gather valuable data and insights, ensuring effectivecommunication throughout the process of connecting with these institutions.▪ Researched and analyzed how colleges are adopting and promoting OER, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of their initiatives.
