Responsible for the creation, management and development of a $200 million, 1600 employee global packaging business with operations in North America and Europe. Transformed the organization from a public company subsidiary to a private, standalone business; grew revenue 20%, recapitalized the business, acquired and integrated an underperforming competitor.

Led Devro's Americas Region with full P&L responsibility for a $220 million business with 1,100 employees, 7 operating locations, and 5 product lines. Managed the carve out of the cellulose business, creating a successful global stand alone business that was later acquired by Lake Pacific Partners, LLC, a Chicago based Private Equity Fund.

Responsible for the oversight of SKW's General and Adminstrative activities in North America. Additonal responsibilities included responsiblity for the Fruit and Flavor business in NA, and the Flavor and Fruit Sales,Marketing and Development globally.

Food Ingredient subsidary of an international pharmaceutical company which had activities in the health and beauty business. Business was a subsidary of Elf Aquitane and Elf Total SA and subsequetly an investment by Elf Total as they sold their majority interest in Sanofi, SA.

Transitioned the business from a private label grocery products business to an ingredient business supplying the dairy and bakery industry. Responsible for integrating the business into the RHM Holdings, the US subsidary of RHM Foods.

Assumed numerous roles in operations, manufacturing, distribution, finance and sales while transitioning the company from a family owned business to a subsidary of Corenco, and then a subsidary of Canadian Pacific Enterprises. Introduced aseptic processing to develop the ingredient business and continued the expansion of the retail private label business..
