Influenced by long career in delivering technology to drive major changes in decision making, I joined boutique consulting firm to partner with Chairman Daryl Conner, author of Managing at the Speed of Change, to manage his consulting engagements with top executives at the top tier of Fortune 500 companies. Included providing guidance on how to successfully lead execution of strategy that includes transformational change as well as 1:1 consulting. Delivered follow-on deliverables to the same customers.

Established myself as partner with senior executives to research, design, develop and implement information technology tools to facilitate strategy execution. Early success led to The Coca-Cola Company sponsorship to participate in very small (10 people) working group led by head of MIT Center for Information Systems Research (CISR). Over the 2 year period, we spent time with thought leaders from MIT, Harvard, Wharton, Tufts and Boston University to learn, share and apply techniques related to understanding executive mental models and delivery of cutting edge methodologies to support. Speaker at many industry conferences on the same. Led the successful delivery of tools in developed markets (USA, Europe) as well as in developing markets (Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Malaysia, etc.). Expatriate based in Singapore for 4 years as Technology Leader for new joint venture. Returned to US to lead definition, development and implementation of cornerstone of global data warehouse to support sales and marketing (the crux of The Coca-Cola Company).
