I was project lead on 9 home renovations. From design and construction to budgeting and sales.I utilized my skills in understanding the real estate market: when to buy and in what areas. I also applied my knowledge and expertise in woodworking and design to finish the renovations specific to the clients wants. Some were used for Airbnb, in which I managed the guest communications, set pricing based on time of week and year, and maintained vendor relationships such as cleaning and handymen. Others were sold for a profit after the renovations.

I first established my own business when I was a junior in high school. I started out photographing friends' senior portraits, but quickly built up a clientele and progressed to maternity, engagement, and family portraits. Upon special request, I have also photographed 360-degrees of commercial space and landscapes for canvases and wall-decor.Accomplishments: Attracted 700 social media followers to photo sites; earned certificate in digital photography from Nikon; raised funds to travel and photograph sites in Australia, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, France, Belgium and Switzerland.

At Southwest Behavioral Health Services, my job is to develop, implement, and evalute all marketing efforts.  I design websites, billboards, brochures, flyers, event posters, etc.  I also write the marketing plans, analyze the effectiveness and impact on the community and attendance.The other aspect of my job is to oversee substance abuse prevention efforts in multiple locations, run after-school programs for 6-12th graders, implement lesson plans, host community events and serve on the South Mountain Works Coalition board.Accomplishments: Increased attendance for community youth theater (141%) and youth town hall (162%); Recruited coalition members, retaining 75% of new participants; Streamlined processes for newsletter development; developed package of branded communication vehicles, i.e. business cards, powerpoints, billboards, templates, etc.; Achieved highest participation rate of all classroom presenters

At SA Marketing, my job entails overseeing seven photographers, creating and maintaining client relations, organizing photo shoots and equipment, working with designers establish overall marketing strategy for publications and campaigns. As photographer lead, I educate photographers on new techniques and equipment, as well as train new hires. I Shoot, edit, and help art direct photo-based marketing campaigns, and maintain our online photo database.Accomplishments: Served as lead photographer and on concept development team for Addy Award winning collateral, websites and campaigns; Work featured in Phoenix Magazine; Responsible for cover photo on 20+ publications; Promoted to lead photographer.

The SALT center is dedicated to helping students with learning disabilities succeed in college. I was first recommended as a faculty member by my boss at Student Affairs Marketing, but after interviewing, my job description quickly expanded into faculty member, creative director, and social media coordinator. In events leading up to the summer program, I was a part of a team who developed the first SALT Summer Program for incoming college students with learning disabilities. Together, we figured out logistics, procedures, rules, and activities.Individually, as the only undergraduate faculty member, I developed curriculum for my Public Health class, which included lessons on domestic violence, sex education, policy, and physical fitness.Accomplishments: Only undergraduate to serve on faculty and planning team; achieved a 8.0 satisfaction rating among students on a 10-point scale.

As an assistant office manager, my duties included filing, office organization, verifying time cards, sorting mail, triaging phone calls, working with various office equipment including computer, fax, copier, and binding equipment. I Researched costs and made recommendations on corporate housing for out-of-town jobs.
