-Responsible for designing, pricing out, building, and installing new robot-driven work cells with budgets exceeding $100k.-Designing in 3D CAD, pricing, and building robotic end-of-arm tooling for new and existing manufacturing cells.-Redesigning and refurbishing existing robot end-of-arm tools to work with newer robots and correct existing flaws within the tool.-Upgrading outdated and damaged robots to more modern versions, resulting in decreased machine-caused downtime.-Integrating robots with vision systems of both fixed-position and robot-mounted to assist in existing and new manufacturing processes.-Upgrading existing manufacturing line PLC hardware and logic from AB RS500 with DH+/RIO to RS5000 with Remote IO.-Designing and building servo and stepper-based machines to work both with and without robots within work cells.

- Analyzing and retrofitting existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiencies and reduce waste.- Automating existing work-flows to accomplish tasks such as increasing throughput and decreasing material handling.- Designing and building robotic work cells which integrate and use existing machinery to accomplish essential tasks (running an injection molding machine, bender, metal press, etc.)- Setting and cost-justifying budgets for process improvements.- Organizing teams to accomplish set project goals on or ahead of targeted dates.
