Manufacturing Programs Chief Engineer and I support Programs delivering competitive products with Industry 4.0/5.0 Technology and Manufacturing capability scaled across our sites around the world. Every journey has a start; one of this complexity begins with an open conscious to develop linkage and flow, enable learning, improve value creation processes, and experience transformation to understand the pull for technology. My roots are in embedded in clearly seeing and understanding non-dualistic thinking between fixed and flexible. Grounded in Lean, I teach the principles not as a set of timeless truths and tools, but as a collection of stories about particular events (Problems) that happen to particular people (Actors) in a particular place (Value Stream) at a particular time (Point of Impact). You come to know the meaning of “moving the needle” through your capacity to own working together as a community of practitioners, in the flow of "what's moving", with humbleness and deep concern for the well-being of all members of the Team, the health of the Company, and your desire to spread that to all. The only absolutely necessary starting point is for you to be present. Experienced leading enterprise, value stream, and cell-level operations through Lean, TOC, Six Sigma and Agile principles, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills, change management, and scaled transformation across Aerospace and Automotive industries at Fortune 500 companies GE and Ford, and Healthcare at Top 10 Regional Health System of St. Joseph Health and academic institution of Michigan State University Health System, I understand how to expand margin, boost productivity and quality, and build a broader infrastructure needed to make a demonstrated difference. What inspires me? It's synchronizing a system of People, Process and Purpose to manufacture a heartbeat, drive loyalty (customer satisfaction), and grow. “Learning to See” and continuing to advance and transform thinking (mind, body, and spirit) is what the journey is all about in the business of creating and delivering value and company health.
