I've been lucky enough to lead varying teams across the tech and telco business for almost 20 years. The challenge of a complex problem that requires collaboration and grit to resolve. Then the pay off of looking back and thinking "I helped build that". Being trusted to build businesses and teams from the ground up is certainly a heavy responsibility, but it's much more fun to design and create your job.I'm a seller at heart too. Working with customers to understand their problems and helping them find solutions often brings the first two points together; an opportunity to deliver change and improvement. Over the years I've consistently delivered on my goals and I sincerely hope brought value to my customers and teams customers.Ultimately my "Why Anything" is to give my family the best possible opportunities in life.
