I've been lucky enough to lead varying teams across the tech and telco business for almost 20 years. During that time I've learned what really motivates me and what my non negotiable values are.The moments I'm proudest of in my career are when I was able to help people achieve their dreams. Coaching and developing people is for me the most rewarding way to spend my time. Over the years I'm proud that I've helped individuals become leaders, learn Enterprise sales and step out of their comfort zones so they could grow.I also love doing new things in new ways. The challenge of a complex problem that requires collaboration and grit to resolve. Then the pay off of looking back and thinking "I helped build that". Being trusted to build businesses and teams from the ground up is certainly a heavy responsibility, but it's much more fun to design and create your job.I'm a seller at heart too. Working with customers to understand their problems and helping them find solutions often brings the first two points together; an opportunity to deliver change and improvement. Over the years I've consistently delivered on my goals and I sincerely hope brought value to my customers and teams customers.Ultimately my "Why Anything" is to give my family the best possible opportunities in life. To be able to do that while working in an industry and role that can bring meaning, that gets me out of bed with a smile on my face.
