After obtaining my Diploma in computer aided engineering (mech&elect) I have worked in the drilling, logging and survey service industry for the oilfield internationally for most of my career I have attained a varied set of skills which are under the banner of my previous job titles. These include but not limit to, working with pressure systems, mechanical and electrical rig up of sensors and computer systems to monitor rig activity including pumps , pressure encoders and depth measuring system. Interaction with customers and drilling contractor to help plan the logging, pressure sampling and surveying procedures for a well drilling campaign. In my spare timeI enjoy mechanical challenges repairing lawnmowers strimmers chainsaws welding and grinding and the use of computer systems to diagnoses failed or failing components for friends and family and my own vehicles then repair or replace components. I am also one of the directors for the local angling club and give up my spare time to perform bank clearing / tree cutting / strimming and help in the planning of river projects and fund raising to aid the financial security of the club .
