Performance Freeski coach at Snowsport Scotland. It is a dual role with GB Snowsport. My time is divided between World Cup athletes at the GB level and the Scottish Performance Squad which is younger athletes aiming to make the transition into GB programmes.

I am an Olympic athlete that competed at the 2014 Sochi Games. I am still part of the British Ski team and plan to go to the next Olympic Games in south Korea, 2018.

Ran the customer service team at Freeze Pro Shop. It was the largest winter sports retailer in the UK at the time. I managed a team that dealt with issues across amazon, eBay and the website sales. I was also managing the warranty issues within FPS which meant building relationships with various different brands and customers.

I was involved with making sure orders were correct, along with picking orders and selecting the correct service to send the correct package. As a result I have a good understanding of how a retail warehouse works and what is the most productive way to do certain tasks.
