MINDSET Development Officer at Aberdeen FC Community Trust.Responsible for the delivery, development, and expansion of the AFCCT's innovative MINDSET programme. Delivered to pupils aged 10 to 14, MINDSET is a preventative, proactive approach to mental health that places less emphasis on mental health disorders and more on life skills and coping strategies that promote mental wellbeing.Previously led AFCCT's 'Alternative Academy' provision at St Machar Academy, Aberdeen. I was responsible for the planning, organisation, delivery and evaluation of an alternative curriculum for all S1 pupils as well as S2 and S3 pupils who were disengaged from 'mainstream' education. Our alternative curriculum focused on areas such as mindset, health and wellbeing, and skills for life, learning and work.2021 graduate from the University in Stirling with a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. Winner of the 2021 British Physiological Society Prize for best overall mark on the BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science degree programme.First Team Sport Scientist at Aberdeen FC Women. Leading the delivery of field and gym-based training, testing, profiling, and monitoring.
