Have assisted in projects including the migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle and roll-out of improvements to the project hierarchies within the Project Accounting Module. As part of a strategic corporate-wide restructuring initiative, have been an active member of the Oracle project team responsible for conducting functional reviews in order to centralise the IT infrastructure. Known as the subject matter expert for this support level and responsible for on-boarding and training team members in process workflows, taking the lead role in developing and updating support documentation for Oracle modules, as well as testing for upgrades.
