As owner Murray works at the coalface as such, managing the business and developing it's growth, consultancy, recruitment of staff and training. Due to the eathquake this side of the business was wound down.

As a result of the Kaikoura earthquake his Licence is on hold and he has relocated to Nelson to seek out a new opportunity. Personally handling all listing and contract matters working closely with other professionals related to this industry.

The reason this was passed on was that the freight distribution business grow and as a result Murray was required in that role on a second truck.

After being certified Murray has completed over ten of years doing an AI run for the season around breeding of milking herds in the Kaikoura area. This involved working closely with farm owners and other staff within the farm. Pre-season work around confirming orders, arrangements and then the service delivery.

Murray worked with Harcourts Nelson for a short period and enjoyed working with people to get results. Confident in dealing and negotiations and he achieved results in a short time, before being drawn back to Kaikoura.
