That rapid success became a crushing burden because I had no vision or strategy to maintain the growth.I see this pattern frequently when organizations scale up, no matter where they start or finish. An organization must develop and change to accommodate growth. A $20 million organization will crumble if built on the $10 million organizational structure that served it well in the past.
