• Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible level of “Ski France” service • Oversee management of all resort staff including training, monitoring, motivation, morale and discipline • Manage and ensure all resort staff and Managers carry out their roles according to Ski France standards as thoroughly and efficiently as possible• Follow grievance and disciplinaries/staff policies in line with company standards• Ensure all properties, vehicles and equipment are managed and looked after with the utmost care • Co-ordinate requests for lift passes and ski school bookings• Fully support Chalet Managers to carry out their roles• Maintain and develop good relations with all existing or new suppliers and contractors both in and out of resort • Work closely with Executive Chef, Overseas Operations Manager, Guest Services Manager and UK offices to ensure the smooth running of your resort• Co-ordinate and manage the transfer of guests to and from the airport• Liaise closely with UK offices to ensure complete communication of information • Complete, accurately and efficiently, all paperwork, budgets, monies and administrative duties as and when necessary to ensure effective running of the resort • Effectively manage and oversee your chalet, childcare and logistics managers, leading by example and holding regular weekly staff and management meetings• Effectively troubleshoot unforeseen events and circumstances whether related to guests, staff, properties or logistical arrangements
