Operations Specialist
Current- Development of Contract sales area processes, policies and procedures with a view to protect, grow revenue as well as ensure ECE. - Development of route cause analysis in order to develop key moments of truth.- Support Senior Ops Manager/Sales Manager to develop SBD contracts customer lifecycle journey.- Supporting the operational sales channels to ensure achievement of revenue targets.- Working closely with the Operational Specialist to turn key insights into sales opportunities and Moments Of Truths.- Attending a variety of cross-business meetings.- Developing project plans, milestones and deliverables for specific work packages as assigned.
