In my current role I develop, deliver and manage basic training for all new refinery process operators as well as product and terminal operators.In my past roles I was a process operator / console operator /shift team leader and operations turnaround coordinator. As a process operator my responsibility was for safe operation of the process unit as well as manage day to day maintenance activities of equipment. As a Console Operator, safe operation of process unit through computer based process control systems. As shift team leader I managed 14 operators, including their career development. As a turnaround coordinator I was responsible to develop shutdown schedules, taking process units offline, cleaning up, handing over to maintenance teams. Coordinate maintenance activities, develop equipment and system isolation procedures and safe work plans. Develop equipment and system return to service procedures and confined space rescue plans. Consult on procedures with chemical vendors.Lead investigator was another role at the refinery.
