Murray is a property consultant with over 30 years experience, working in a variety of sectors and geographical locations (UK based). Over the past 20 years he has focused on development and regeneration. This has covered both public and private sector.Over the past 5 years he has developed an expertise in Viability in Planning, representing predominantly public sector clients in the detailed negotiation process around the provision of s106 and affordable housing provision, clients include Trafford, Chorley, Bolton and Rossendale Councils, as well as Strata and Trivselhus. In addition to his Viability in Planning expertise, Murray acts as Development Manager for major mixed use projects. The two main projects he is currently working on are Godley Green Garden Village, a major housing development in Tameside, Greater Manchester and the Wokingham Town Centre Regeneration. He also has expertise in Bid Support, helping both public and private sector clients secure grant and loan monies for key projects. Recent successes include the securing of £10m as part of the Housing Infrastructure Fund initiative and a Future High Street Fund proposition.
