Best excavator loaded truck totals were: waste 261 and ore 247 for a 12 hour shift that had 10 operating hours each. Can offer stable consisted production totals each shift as required. Loader crushers with 785 dump trucks and wa900 & 992H wheel loaders. Complete parts orders for the workshop and deal directly with the workshop supervisor for parts management. Worked Sundays and completed the Thursday night trading for the late night shoppers. Completed end of day till totals and balanced the books ready for the head office Perth upload. Hi Job satisfaction, Great team mates that worked real hard and got to it and we all had some fun along the way.

Started as a parts picker, getting any and all parts for any order that came through the phone room from the phone room staff orders, Getting them ready for dispatch. Progressing up to trainee phone room staff member to competent phone attendant taking in orders for all departments. I specialized in Holden parts and was commonly known as the commodore kid. Advancing more completed spare parts A & B, Holden parts level one and Ford Australia Basic Parts operations. In 1994, I got the opportunity to become a sales representative for the in land area and I took it. Advancing and growing my sales skills with good customer relations covering Harvey to Pemberton and Northcliffe. Completion of an extensive theoretical and practical training programme covering all aspects of this company’s operation. At the Bunbury store, there was 3 sales reps and we worked closely with the Branch Manager to achieve targets, results and to grow our business.

Assistant to the Holden parts manager Pat Gray.Duties include taking Holden parts phone parts orders and counter parts sales, Delivering parts orders to the various Bunbury panel beaters and service repairers. In the afternoons for the last hour for the day I would take over the fuel station out the front of the premises and maintain fuel pump service for customers maintaining the till and payments.

Worked on the Capel vale winery plantation as a Managers assistant to Doug Fisher.Completed field duties including reticulation to the vines, pruning and maintaining vines to spraying programs and various tractor jobs and ground plowing. Assisted the on site wine taster employee with vat work and bottling.

Bunbury

Assisted owner John Moir in disassembly of the fuel injectors and turbo chargers. Parts cleaning and buffing was completed as well as acid bathing various parts before re-assemble. Completed general store cleaning as required and took phone calls from clients. John had a state of the art diesel injector and fuel pump tester machine and my job role included setting up the fuel pumps on the test bench ready for testing.

Capel

This was my entry to the work force, in a 3 month work programme, started by and funded by the Government employment agency. We were a teem of 3 from various areas, reporting to my supervisor Mr. Sid Hymas. This was a contract funded for 3 months only and my duties included pruning the trees from the power lines all around Capel and Boyanup. The last month of the contract we had completed the tree pruning and we then were tasked with constructing the concrete walkways around the main road to the bottom shop in the Capel town.
