I am comfortable working in Management roles for the client or EPCM managers, I have extensive hands on experience in Site Construction, Maintenance, Commissioning management of a diverse range of construction, maintenance commissioning contracts in Refineries/ mineral processing, and either as Greenfield or Brownfield projects with full accountability and responsibility on the performance of all activities.Safety has always been an important part of my duties; aspects of safety that I regularly practise include, signing (witnessing) of JHA’s, monitoring of safety practices with regular walks through the work place, Safety Audits/Inspections & regular meetings.I provide Leadership to employees /staff management that includes, team building and integration.I have been involved in construction and commissioning for the client or EPCM managers on many projects, throughout Australasia. Including Laos, Indonesia, Philippines and Malaysia. I have also worked in maintenance supervision roles, at KCGM one of Australia’s largest gold mines, Murrin Murrin, one of Australia’s largest laterite nickel processing plants. Other work that I have done include assisting in setting up the maintenance systems, my role was to put together the BOMs, the Insurance spares and the Capital spares.
