• Managed and supported the FPSO contractor’s topsides engineering, construction, and commissioning management at their various offices, construction yards, integration, and pre-commissioning at various fabrication yards.
• Maintained direct contact and a good working relationship with the contractor’s PMT and site representatives at all project locations to ensure the commercial success of the project.
• Ensured that the project corporate HSE Policy and Procedures, the project Safety Management Plan, and the contractor's HSE procedures and Policies were adhered to during the execution of the works.
• Ensured clear communication channels and decision-making processes throughout the project organization were in place and being followed.
• Ensured the major equipment items met project specifications and were delivered in a timely manner so as not to impact the overall development project schedule.
• Identified and assisted resolution of issues that had the potential to impact project cost, schedule, safety, and quality.

• Performed Installation and Contractor Management for the successful mooring installation, connection, riser installation, commissioning and startup of the C7 FPSO installed offshore Mumbai for ONGC.
• Attended sites as Owners Rep. (CSR) Developed and maintained relationships within the company PMT and with the Client, Class, MWS, and subcontractors’ representatives at all project locations both onshore and offshore.
• Managed and supported the FPSO installation contractors during their development of installation engineering at their offices in Mumbai and Kuala Lumpur, and during installation at the mobilization and offshore sites..
• Ensured that the project and corporate HSE Policy and Procedures, the project Safety Management Plan, and the contractor's HSE procedures and Policies were adhered to during execution of the works.

• Bien Dong 1 Gas/Condensate offshore development offshore Vietnam in 130m water depth involving float-over topsides to 13,000T, 3 jackets to 12,000T and 50km of submarine pipeline and 10km of umbilical.
• Performed day-to-day management of the EPC contractor, PTSC at their fabrication yard in Vung Tau. Attended yard as EPC Manager and Owners Rep.
• Responsible for site HSE and QA activities.
• Chaired regular progress meetings with EPC contractor and interfacing parties.
• Oversaw engineering, procurement, and construction/completion activities.
• Managed the Operators site team during construction activities.
