Murray is an experienced non-executive director, AICD qualified, and is the current Chairperson of Eskleigh Foundation, a not for profit organization providing care, accommodation, and support services in the disability sector in Tasmania. In addition, Murray has extensive experience in the Airline and Corporate sectors in terms of Property Operations, Engineering, Property and Facility Management, Contract and Project Management and Strategic Asset Management.Murray also has a strong track record in the development of strategic specifications, rolling capital expenditure programs, tendering, negotiating, management and administration of an asset base of several hundred million dollars across all major and relevant regional airports, engineering facilities, (currently Qantas/Jetstar, previously ANSETT), and commercial and retail property, (ANZ Bank)A major part of his experience includes: Project management of major and minor airport construction projects, airport expansion management, contract management with Australian statutory authorities, airport owners and other airlines.Murray’s control of a multi disciplined engineering group across a broad portfolio has been proven to deliver positive outcomes for the organisations he has represented. This covers contract management and development of Key Performance Indicators of all sub-contractors covering all disciplines relevant to engineering / service delivery management.
