• Dedicated Health Care Recruiter with 13 years of experience sourcing, screening and recruiting healthcare providers to work in Hospital Emergency Rooms nationwide. • Provide physician and advanced practice provider coverage to hospitals, clinics, and groups for exclusive full-time service agreements with hospital partners across multiple specialties (Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine)• Develop a long-lasting rapport and relationships via call/text/email with healthcare providers and executive / administrative partners country wide.• On-call 24/7. Responsible for creating the ED Monthly schedules, recruiting and coordinating with providers to fulfill contractual commitment to hospital/facility partners.• Facilitate meetings and conversations with C-suite, hospital administration, VPs, Medical Directors. Addressing overall practice improvement, billing or patient feedback, discussion of metrics, revenue performance, and client service plans• Support and promote a team approach in the achievement of Envision Physician Services’ mission and financial goals.• Achievement of annual assigned gross profit goals with P&L responsibility for management of practices/contracts in territory. • Produce and provide weekly financial reports on territory as well as those to satisfy corporate initiatives.
