I wrote sports articles for Australia's leading independent online news outlet. Mostly covering topical issues through interviews with key stakeholders and personalities, sometimes just getting something off my chest!

This role encompassed a variety of responsibilities, notably resource scheduling, client liaison, project management, running training sessions, facilitating workshops, preparing a wide range of documentation and consulting on strategy, UX and presentation.

Responsible for the collection, management and delivery (to over 20 clients, including all major Australian and New Zealand telcos) of fixtures, live scores, results, statistics and standings across 11 sports.

Responsible for the delivery of day-to-day client management, ongoing and ad hoc development to approximately 35 clients. This role also involved the allocation, monitoring and reporting of development resources required and employed in order to meet client and sports-event-driven deadlines.

Responsible for the creation and delivery of all content to clients and partners, whether directly via their website CMS or using a feed. This role also involved duties such as preparing the Editorial Style Guide, sourcing and training staff, rostering, reporting on service levels and planning for/proposing to new clients.

Set up and ran the GNS for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, recruiting, training and coordinating staff (over 100 casual workers and over 300 Games-time volunteers) and supervising the publication of thousands of items.
