Dean Murray is Legal Counsel at Roger Communications providing strategic legal and business leadership for Rogers (i) distribution and sales channels; (ii) mergers and acquisitions activity; (iii) corporate investigations (iv) complex contractual negotiations and (iv) Rogers Bank. Dean is also the sole Legal Counsel for EnStream LP, a joint venture owned by Rogers, Bell and TELUS, providing mobile identity verification services.Prior to joining Rogers, Dean Murray was an Associate in the Business Group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. His practice focused on advising domestic and international clients on a full range of business matters, including cross-border and Canadian mergers and acquisitions, equity/debt financing, private placements, corporate reorganizations, commercial contract negotiations, as well as providing advice on regulatory matters related to the payment industry and the Canadian anti-spam legislation.
