• Lead Project Architect in charge of schematic and aesthetic design to numerous multi-residential projects from 3 to 12 storeys. From client conception to development approval, involvement with key stakeholders, city councils, town planners and engineers to deliver development approvals. • Lead Project Architect on various large scale multi-residential developments throughout the building approval and construction stage. Including management of project teams of up to 5 draftspersons to complete and detail BIM model development and services coordination, full documentation, variation and site communications.• Experience as both team leader and team member designing, coordinating and documenting various commercial, religious, industrial, and master-planning construction projects.• Practice BIM and IT Manager – Creation and maintenance office digital libraries, creation and management of Red Door Architecture company website and network systems administration. • Senior staff member, facilitating staff mentoring, training and development.• Project Architect throughout the approval and construction of The James, a UDIA QLD award winning development.

• Sketch/design development and documentation of various sized residential, industrial, commercial and master-planning projects from conception and development approval through to construction documentation.• 3D Visualisation, marketing and presentation material, including a competition winning entry to the Translink Centre of Service Excellence, Brisbane. • Practice BIM manager - Creation and maintenance of Revit and graphic libraries, implementing documentation standards and training co-workers with Revit and Photoshop.
